One of the unique experiences available to the campers is the opportunity to use simulators like those used by astronauts during training.
The MAT, Multi-Axis Trainer, simulates the disorientation astronauts might feel during a tumble spin. The campers are strapped into the innermost cage of the MAT and rotated in numerals directions.
